Template:Ratings Luna OCS Academy was a United Nations Space Command Officer Candidate School (OCS) training institution situated on Luna (Earth's natural satellite). Jacob Keyes taught at the OCS academy as a navigation teacher, until his moving to command of a UNSC Frigate. Keyes lived here with his daughter, Miranda Keyes.[1]
The Academy itself was connected to a civilian settlement known as a Asimov Center via a series of tunnels and surface tubes. These tubes would often need to be guarded against civilian incursions onto academy grounds, and vice versa.[2]
