UNSC colonial charter

Template:Ratings The UNSC Colonial Charter was a set of laws used by colonies of the United Nations Space Command.[1]
Internal security amendment
At some point before 2525, the UNSC amended the charter to facilitate security in the event of a crisis. Section two of the amendment, in particular, allowed the ranking military officer of a colony to strip the colonial governor of title and privilege.[1]
