Jason Kincaide

Template:Ratings Jason Kincaide is a well known Insurrectionist on Charybdis IX. He was described as a mid-level sort of man, and was captured by UNSC forces there whilst attempting to make a weapons trade with ONI agent, Corinthia Hansen. When a crowd of rioters distracted Lieutenant Jacob Keyes, Major Akio Watanabe, and Hansen, Kincaide and a group of his Insurrectionists cornered the trio on a rooftop, and Kincaide shot Watanabe with a modified Plasma Rifle, killing the ONI officer, causing Lieutenant Keyes to attack him. Kincaide was killed when Keyes shot his head off with his own Plasma Rifle.
