Stephen (Mombasa)

Propagandist Stephen is a character in Sadie's Story. Stephen was the Public Service Announcer for New Mombasa. He used this position to spread propaganda. He and Mike had a confrontation after Mike realized he was broadcasting from the NMPD HQ. He shows Mike how his transmissions help people by placing Mike on the air, and telling him to "tell the truth." Mike instead lies about the resistance from the civilians, claiming that it was going well.
