Arcadia is a United Nations Space Command colony [1]. Its a tropical "paradise" that is loved by adventurous tourists [2]. It received many shipments from Harvest.
Trivia
It's set to be a major plot element in Halo Wars, because of it's great interest from the Covenant, therefore they invaded Arcadia [3].
