Small radio set used by the UNSC for communications between allied forces. It uses the UNSC/Local Network for broadcasting. Its small size and light weight means that it used for portable combat practices. It is visible on High Ground. If left long enough, they tune in to radio stations and you can hear garbelled transmissions as well as the level The Truth and Reconciliation song.
In Halo 3's Forge, it can be used as scenery. It also appears in The Storm in the Campaign.
