S/VRC-8 is a UNSC Marine Corps air unit [1].
Background
S/VRC-8 fought during the Second Battle of Earth at Voi and Mombasa. Later, they were assigned to the UNSC Forward Unto Dawn during the Battle of Installation 00 where they ferried in Marines, vehicles, ammunition, and supplies during operations at the Ark complex and the Citadel. They also gave close air support for forces as well using their rocket pods.
