Template:Ratings The ONI Ordnance Testing Facility B5D is an Office of Naval Intelligence installation in Swanbourne, Perth District of Western Australia in the country of Australia.

They designed and tested the Mark VI MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/S variant and the Mark VI MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/R variant for the Spartan-IIs [1].

Facility B5D is also the name of a Bungie.net group and separate forum. The group is based around the Recon armor permutation, but participates and organizes other events not about Recon.
