They designed and tested the Mark VI MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/S variant and the Mark VI MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/R variant for the Spartan-IIs [1].

Facility B5D is also the name of a Bungie.net group and seperate forum. The group is about the recon varient of armour but participates and organises other events not about recon.
