Summary
These Covenant Elites and Brutes are the highest ranking among the Honor Guard of the High Prophets, they command the rest of the regular Guard.
They are more skilled than their subordinates, which is particularly impressive considering the prodigous combat abilities of any in the Honor Guard.
Appearance
These Honor Guard Elites and Brutes sport the same ornamented armor as the rest of the Honor Guard, with the exception that the body armor they wear underneath is white instead of reddish. This color is consistant with the Ultra Elites of the regular Covenant army, hence their title. The Elite version also appears to have Overshields as their Elite Personal Energy Shield systems appear to be twice as powerful as the rest of the Honor Guard
