Can anyone explain to me how phased plasma fusil operate.n I wonder if this is an independent plasma weapon development from the unsc rather then reverse engineering covenant tech a bit like the plasma spears on certain nukes. I wish they went into more detail about these weapons. It's always facinating when the unsc puts these type of weapons onto there shops
