"'UNSC Security Council Directive 9901-002-S'" was a directive of the UNSC Security Council issued in October of [(2558]] in response to Blue Team going absent without leave. It laid out the mission parameters and guidelines for Operation: CHOPPED and designated Fireteam Osiris, led by Spartan Jameson Locke as the team to take on this operation.
