Samantha Wisner[1] is a member of the Sedran Colonial Guard.[2]
Biography
Sometime after July 2557,[3] an urban center on Sedra was attacked by terrorists with biological weapons. Wisner and the Colonial Guard were forced to work with an Office of Naval Intelligence unit led by Jameson Locke to stop the terrorists. Their search for the origin of the bioweapon led the group to a partly intact segment of Installation 04, which had attempted an emergency slipspace jump during its destruction years earlier.[4][5][4]
