Gladsheim

Gladsheim was a city on the planet of Harvest that was the second city attacked by the Covenant on Harvest. Thousands of civilians died in the attack. However, at least one person is known to have survived. Gladsheim has a Main Street running down its center, and to the east of the street all buildings were JOTUN Repair Shops and farm-supply warehouses. The buildings are arranged on a grid of wide asphalt streets that stretched out into the Plains of Ida .

• In Norse Mythology, Gladsheim is actually a realm of Asgard where Odin's hall, Valhalla, is located.
• Wallace A. Jenkins' entire family was killed in Gladsheim during the attack on the city.
• The tallest structure in Gladsheim is its water tower, which is supported by a large polycrete pillar . .
