Rtova keep

The Rtova Keep is a Sangheili keep in an unknown region of Sanghelios. During the Servants of Abiding Truth's uprising, troops and ships from Rtova Keep and Nuan Keep arrived in support of the uprising, and helped in the assault on Vadam.[1]
