ONI Signal Corps

The ONI Signal Corps is a sub-branch of the UNSC Navy.[1] They send ships to unpopulated sections of space to broadcast a large collection of radio transmissions in an attempt to confuse the Covenant, and stop them from finding colonies.[2]
