FLEETCOM Sector Four is a sector of UNSC-controlled space. When screening the candidates for the SPARTAN-II Program, Dr. Catherine Halsey decided to process candidates in Sector Four while her team would do the same in other sectors. One of the systems Dr. Halsey visited in the sector was the Eridanus system, where she first met John-117.[1] A planet within this sector was Dwarka, where Dr. Halsey screened Soren-066 for her SPARTAN-II_Program.[2]
