Insurrectionists were the common name of the rebels that began to resist UNSC control over on Earth and the Sol system. The United Rebel Front were one of the factions that formed the Insurrectionists. They often operated various terrorist and rebel activities against the UNSC such as bombing UNSC targets. Innies was a common nickname for them, which was some what satirical considering how much 'they wanted out'. They were the main cause for Operation TREBUCHET, in which the UNSC were forced to get rid of the Insurrectionists.
