Laser Kill is a Medal awarded in Halo 3 for killing an enemy with the Spartan Laser weapon, awarded for any kill with the Laser (other than melees) due to the unwieldy charge time and precise accuracy it takes to destroy a target with the weapon. It is represented by a gray octagon with a black circle that in turn has a red dot in the center. As this medal is awarded, a message appears on the screen, saying "You lasered (player)".

  • When lasering someone, there is a very small chance that you seem to get two laser kill medals, but when you look at the post game carnage report, it shows that you recieved one laser kill medal (un noticable if you have lasered more than one person in the game)
