Threat level tiers were used by the United Nations Space Command to class threats and potential threats.[1]

Known tiers[edit]

Tier 2A[edit]

Tier 2A was used to class insurrectionist command[1] and criminal cadres.[2]

Jin Ha[1] and Soren-066 were classed under this.[1]

Tier 3B[edit]

Tier 3B was used to class insurrectionist associates. Kwan Ha was updated to this status due to potential for disruptive influence on colonial information shaping operations,[2] though her threat level was recommended to be reassessed.[3]

Tier 5C[edit]

Tier 5C was used to class insurrectionist associates. Kwan Ha was this tier before being updated to TIER 3B.[1]
