Dawkins was an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper stationed on the UNSC Pillar of Autumn during the Battle of Reach and the Battle of Installation 04. They were a member of First Lieutenant Melissa McKay's unit. They were killed in action when the Covenant intercepted and boarded the ship.[1]
Biography
Escape from Reach
In August of 2552, Dawkins was among the people onboard of the UNSC Pillar of Autumn when it fled from the Fall of Reach.[1]
Battle over Installation 04
On September 19, after the Pillar of Autumn left slipspace, the Covenant intercepted and boarded the ship starting the Battle over Installation 04. The ships ODST contingent were assigned to defend the ships experimental powerplant from the invaders, Dawkins alongside Al-Thani, and Suzuki were killed during the skirmishes on the ship. When the platoon's medic Valdez was looking over Melissa McKays injuries, he tried to use humor to get her mind off Dawkins and the others deaths.[1]
