| The Jovians had a sizable force that was big enough to keep the UNSC, which was 5,000 strong at that point, out of their territory until the UNSC bombed the planet. The jovian force was A reconizable force because of the guerrilla warfare they used so well against the UNSC they had engineer's and marines that thought the UNSC was a ''load of crap'' so they diverted to the Jovian force. So they had those weapons plus warthogs and heavy machine guns and rocket pods and BR's and Assault Rifles and magnum's and 20 scorpions they had distributed all around the moon's underground bases.
