To defend the ''Commonwealth'', [[John-117]] had Daisy and the other Spartan-IIs use [[thruster pack]]s in an attempt to board the alien vessel, and destroy it with [[Anvil-II air-to-surface missile|Anvil-II AS missiles]]. However, only John, [[Kelly-087]], and [[Samuel-034]] made it aboard.
