Non-commissioned officer

A non-commissioned officer , usually abbreviated as NCO, and occasionally called "noncom"; is an enlisted member of the UNSC Defence Forces who has been given leadership authority by commissioned officers.

UNSC Navy NCO Ranks (from lowest to highest pay grades):
