The Freedom and Liberation Party (FLP) was a terrorist group during the Insurrection.[1]

Background[edit]

In 2511 an affiliated terrorist with the party detonated a commercial nuclear weapon inside the Haven arcology, Mamore, killing two million people and injuring a further 8.3 million. After the attack they demanded the Colonial Military Authority withdraw from the Eridanus sector.[1] By 2558, it was commonly believed that they had been "scooped" while several members had moved to other Insurrectionist factions.[2]
