(It's so far in the future. I'm taking a history class in high-school right now and it's so amazing how much has changed in 500 years. Basing anything off of modern times is foolish.)

Template:New Content Template:Under Construction Template:Character Infobox Corporal Vasily Beloi, nicknamed Vaz, is a human non-commissioned officer in the UNSC Marine Corps and an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper.

Biography

In 2553, Beloi and fellow ODST Malcolm Geffen were hand-picked by the Office of Naval Intelligence Commander-in-Chief Margaret Parangosky to serve under Captain Serin Osman as part of a black operations team designated Kilo-Five. Operating on the UNSC Port Stanley, they participated in a number of missions.

At one point, they seized the Covenant auxiliary ship Piety and captured a Huragok. Later on, they entered the Sharpened Shield, a Forerunner Dyson sphere, and recovered the human survivors inside while arresting Dr. Halsey under orders from Admiral Parangosky.

Personality and traits

Noted as being an ordinary Marine with a strong moral compass,[1] Corporal Beloi was shocked when he discovered the young age of some of the SPARTAN-IIIs.[2]

He greatly enjoyed watching the GlobeWar doomsday movies.[3]

Trivia

  • Vasily has a scar the full width of his jaw.
  • Vasily may have originated from Russia, as inferred from his name and his referring to World War II as the "Great Patriotic War."[4]
