Citadel is an upcoming Halo 3 map that will be included in the Mythic Map Pack.[1] Little is known about the map but it's name may suggest ties to a building similar to the Citadel in the Ark on the campaign level Covenant, not on the Ark level.
Unconfirmed map description: In the heart of this Forerunner structure, far above the troubled surface of the Ark, another battle rages. 2-6 players

The crest of the hidden skull on this level appears to have some sort of a Forerunner symbol on it.
