Template:Ratings Template:New Content The Rubble Security Council were in charge of everything that went on in The Rubble.[1] There are nine council members, all of which were elected by the people of The Rubble. They played the main part in the allegiance of the Insurrectionists and the Kig-yar, and are responsible for the construction of the Exodus Project.[2]
