Description
The weapon is capable of launching multiple explosive plasma bolts in a quick succession, and seems to be able to track its target to some degree. The plasma bolts seem like a plasma grenade , although less strong. It has a apearance similiar to the Halo CE fuel rod gun.[1][2]
Trivia
- This weapon may fill the void for the primary Covenant heavy weapon, with the unknown status of the Type-25 Grenade Launcher and the Type-33 Light Anti-Armor Weapon being included in Halo: Reach.
- The sound file for the weapon was first released in the Bungie Weekly Update 1/29/10, with the title "Mystery Weapon".[3]
