After being transferred to [[Midsummer Night]], it was raiding a civilian carrier called [[Finnegan's Wake]] for navigation data. Jeffries was sent with [[Keyes]] and ODST platoon commander [[Canfield]], with a group of [[ODST]]. Turn out to be an Insurrectionist ship that was rigged with bombs. Jeffries pelican was destroyed with a hole in it. He was pulled out to be treated by a ODST.
