Frank O'Connor, or "Frankie", is the content manager for [[Bungie]]. On 01/16/04, he began a series of weekly reports on the progress of [[Halo 2]], known as ''Frankie's Bungie Update''. After the release of Halo 2, he continued making reports on the general state of things at Bungie under the name ''Bungie What's Update''. Included with each update, is a fairly bad drawing of the [[Master Chief]], with eyes and a mouth drawn on the outside of his helmet. Summary
