He was promoted to leader of squad One-BravoW and volunteered for the mission to clear the Tiara of Grunts. He survived the battle and escaped Harvest on the same container as Johnson and Jenkins.
It is said that he and Wick both wanted jobs in the DCS on an inner colony world, as they both were disdainful of being a farmer.
