Zap-Jellies are predatory sea creatures that live in the brackish seas of the Unggoy homeworld Balaho. They glow with a faint pink light. Grunts find them tasty. The translation "Zap-Jellie," may mean that this creature is similar to the medusa cnidarians (jellyfish) that are indigenous to Earth.[1]
