Constructed the earliest in 2468 (when Harvest was founded), it was linked to the seven space elevators servicing the colonies capital city of Utgard, and functioned as an orbital port for passenger and cargo transport, as well as the site of Harvest's shipping AI, Sif. It possessed some form of artificial gravity (presumably operated by centrifugal force, as Covenant artificial gravity technology had not been deciphered until the 2550s[1]).
It was destroyed in 2525 by mass driver rounds from the surface of Harvest[2].
