Background
During the Second Battle of New Mombasa he and his unit began to run low on ammo while fighting Covenant. He continued fighting with the M41 LAAG on the back of a over turned Warthog when John-117 arrived.
He was later interviewed in a documentary regarding his role in the battle while at The Museum of Humanity.
Trivia
- During the Battle of Mombasa, Czernek was most likely a First or Second Lieutenant.
- He is first seen in the Believe Trailer.
- Czernek had his right leg amputated or lost it during battle or more likely afterwards as he continued in active service, and there is now (what appears to be) a metallic prosthetic leg in place. He also walks with a limp.
