Killtastrophe is a multi-kill medal awarded in Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and the Halo: Reach Multiplayer for killing 8 opponents within 4 seconds of each previous kill.
Summary
The Killtastrophe medal is represented by a light blue circle with eight silver stars.
