UNSC Fleet Command, more commonly know as FLEETCOM, is the commanding body of the UNSC Navy. FLEETCOM controls the movment and distribution of Navy personnel and vessels throughout UNSC space.
FLEETCOM has two headquarters one on Reach, and one on Earth.
