Siege of Paris IV

Template:Battle Not much is known about this battle except that it took place in 2549 and Sergeant Avery Johnson distinguished himself in this major conflict, on the planet Paris IV.

Johnson and his marines had captured a crate of Covenant plasma grenades and held off the forces at the main evac complex long enough for the evacuation ships to leave and get into orbit, while the plasma grenades he had captured actually exposed deadly radiation, but instead of dying, he had contracted Boren's Syndrome. He was extracted with severe injuries along with his men, but lived.

Sgt. Avery Johnson received a Commendation for Bravery during the mission.
