Commanding Officers are Officers that have been promoted to areas such as the bridge. There are different divisions for the commanding staff:
Bridge officer
Admiral Captain First Officer...Commander Second Officer...Lieutenant commander
Engineering Officer
Head Engineer...Lieutenant commander
