Summary
These Covenant Elites and Brutes are the highest ranking among the Honor Guard of the High Prophets, they command the rest of the regular Guard.
They are more skilled than their subordinates, which is particularly impressive considering the prodigious combat abilities of any in the Honor Guard.
Appearance
These Honor Guard Elites and Brutes sport the same ornamented armor as the rest of the Honor Guard, with the exception that the under armour they wear is white instead of reddish. This color is consistent with the Ultra Elites of the regular Covenant army, hence their title.
