This shock device is a piece of Covenant equipment capable of incapacitating MJOLNIR-armored individuals by way of a powerful energy pulse. One such device was used by a Sangheili agent to disable Spartan Gabriel Thorne on Ven III during the UNSC operation on the planet on May 10, 2558.[1]
