Project: ARC DREAM is a project conducted by the Office of Naval Intelligence. Following the discovery of an ancient human ship at Site Yankee-002-G3, a report detailing the find recommended further analysis to be assigned to the project.[1] From ARC DREAM's labs came "Project ENOCH", a mechanism for the Locus helmet, which allows the user to "speak" with tonal patterns that are understood by nearby humans but cannot be interpreted through recordings or remote monitoring.[2]
