The Plains of Ida was an agricultural region on the human colony world Harvest, located between the cities of Utgard and Gladsheim.[1]
History[edit]
The plain was home to vast rows of grape vineyards utilized for everyday consumption and wine-making. When the Covenant destroyed Harvest's space elevators during the First Battle of Harvest, the elevators remains wrapped across the plains.[2] The plains were destroyed during the battle in 2525 when the Covenant glassed the planet.
Trivia[edit]
- The plain is named after the plain of Idavoll in Asgard, from Norse mythology.
- The Ida Mercantile in Gladsheim was named after the plain.
