Briglard was a notorious Unggoy in service of the Banished. Briglard was present on Installation 07 in early 2560 where he was killed by John-117.[1]
Biography
Near the end of the war, during the Great Schism, his vicious and sadistic behavior on the battlefield made him a high-priority target for Arbiter Thel 'Vadam's forces.
After the war, Briglard joined the Banished, with whom he excelled in his sadistic killings. Inspired by the Jiralhanae, he excelled in sadistic and ruthless violence, earning him great respect among his peers. He gained special status with the Banished for his ability to kill UNSC personnel at rates far outstripping other Unggoy.[2]
During the Installation 07 conflict, he is identified as a potential target of opportunity by the Weapon and engaged by the Master Chief who kills both Briglard and all the Banished that are with him.[1]
