Template:Multiplayer Map Infobox Template:Article Quote The Proving Grounds is a multiplayer map in Halo Wars 2. The map was playable in the Blitz gametype during the second beta of the game.[1] This map is also used for Blitz Firefight.
Description
The Blitz Beta took place on the map The Proving Grounds, and offered 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 gameplay via matchmaking on both Windows 10 PC and Xbox One.
Themes
With the May 2017[2] multiplayer update, two new visual themes were added for this map:
Sirocco
Desert/Tropical visual variant of The The Proving Grounds.
Nocturne
Nighttime visual variant of The The Proving Grounds.
Players have a random chance of playing on any of the three variations of The Proving Grounds in the Blitz PVP and Blitz Firefight playlists.
