Lockout is the ninth mission of Halo: Spartan Strike and the third of Operation B: Steadfast Pursuit. A Spartan-IV must enter a forerunner site to locate the Conduit.
Introduction
The Conduit signal is coming from somewhere within a mysterious, gated Forerunner site. Find a way inside.
Transcript
The Spartan-IV begins standing at the Forerunner gate.
- Lieutenant Kwon (COM): "The Conduit' signal's coming from the other side of the lightbridge, Spartan. You know? A Wraith mortar should be big enough to take out that core and lower the gate. Spartan, a Marine squad is ready to lend you a hand. I set a waypoint to their location."
⚠ Meet up with the marines
The Spartan makes his way to the Marine squad fighting his way through several Covenant. Encountering several cloaked Elites
- Lieutenant Kwon (COM): "Stay alert for cloaked Elites in the area, Spartan."
The Spartan then arrives at the Marine squad location to find they moved on to another location and are under fire.
- Lieutenant Kwon (COM): "The Marines secured a Wraith. But they're taking heavy fire. Hurry!"
⚠ Reach the marines
The Spartan then heads to the new location of the Marine squad.
- Lieutenant Kwon (COM): "The Covenant are regrouping for an attack. Help the Marines protect the Wraith!"
⚠ Secure the area
The Spartan then assists the Marine squad in protecting the Wraith they secured.
- Lieutenant Kwon (COM): "All clear! The Wraith is secured. Good work Spartan."
⚠ Go to the captured Wraith
The Spartan then heads to the Wraith they secured.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
