This unidentified Sangheili was a Sangheili mercenary responsible for retrieving a bioweapon for the Office of Naval Intelligence in a false flag operation on Ven III. During the mission, he kidnapped Spartan Gabrielle Thorne and brought him to the Kig-Yar pirate base. There, he offered the Spartan as a "gift" for the Kig-Yar Pirate Queen. However, before the exchange could be made, Spartan Naiya Ray appeared and the Sangheili fled on a Ghost. Ray grabbed her own Ghost and pursued him, eventually disabling his Ghost and capturing him.
