Lieutenant Commander Julian Waters was an officer of the UNSC Navy and a crew member of the Prowler Template:UNSCship in 2552.[1]

Biography

Julian Waters was born on the human colony world of Harvest. His wife and children were killed by the Covenant on Harvest, during the Covenant invasion of the colony, making him relatively reckless for a Prowler crew member, eager to exact revenge for the deaths of his family, though he remained professional.[2] After Captain Iglesias was wounded in action and Commander Richard Lash took over as commanding officer, Waters served as acting first mate. He was aboard the Dusk during the Battle of Earth.

He later witnessed the Battle of Installation 05 and played a key role in the Battle of Onyx. He survived the battle, as the ship transitioned to Slipspace to inform Earth of what had transpired at Onyx.[3]
