Biography
At some point Dr. Russell and a group of scientists were captured by the Covenant remnant on Requiem, and were forced to attempt to get the Harvester back online. They were unable to because the power supply had been destroyed. He, along with other doctors, were rescued by the Fireteam Crimson and sent back to the UNSC Infinity.[1]
