==Operational history==
In [[2552#October|October 2552]], it was stationed at [[Earth]] with the [[UNSC Home Fleet|Home Fleet]] during the [[Battle for Earth]]. The ''Paris'' descended near [[New Mombasa]] to aid UNSC forces in the [[Battle of Mombasa|battle]] taking place there. It was one of four ships fast enough and close enough to follow the {{UNSCShip|In Amber Clad}} and the [[Prophet of Regret]]'s [[assault carrier]], ''[[Solemn Penance]]'' into [[Slipstream space|slipspace]]. The ''Paris'', as well as the {{UNSCShip|Redoubtable}} and the {{UNSCShip|Coral Sea}}, was faster than the {{UNSCShip|Dusk}} and sped out of the [[UNSC prowler|prowler's]] sensor range while in slipspace.{{Ref/Novel|Id=GOO22|GoO|Chapter=22}} The ultimate fate of the ''Paris'' is unknown.
